    • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 7-14 business days.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order weight.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment by logging into your Fivasonali account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50; $5 for orders under $50.
    • Expedited Shipping: $15 for all orders.
  • International Shipping:
    • Flat rate of $25 per order, regardless of order size.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance.

6. International Shipping Restrictions

Fivasonali ships to select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are currently unable to process shipments to your region. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

7. Customs and Import Duties

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
  • Fivasonali is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import duties.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment with photo evidence of the damage.
